The handmade flowers industry in Thailand is huge and very successful. It was started by Her Majesty The Queen, to preserve the rich floral heritage of the country which was dying out in the new age. The flowers are contemplated upon in size, shape and colour petal and the quality of cloth which might best depict the qualities closest to the natural form. As a result of this innate preservation of local flora, the craftsmen devised this unique lighting system. They used tiny bulbs and wired it to make beautiful lamps.
